Jesus asked them, “Have you understood all these things,” and they answered, “Yes, Lord.”

Then he said to them, “Therefore every scribe who is instructed in the things of the kingdom of heaven is like a man who is the master of his house, who when exhibiting his treasures, displays the old and the new.”

At that point, when Jesus had finished these parables, he left.
