The New Commandment

After Judas left, Jesus seemed relieved that the event of his death has been launched. He turned to the Eleven and gave them a new commandment that was not really new. It was that we should love each other, not just as is generally expressed, but as Jesus loves us. Earlier, he had answered the question about the greatest commandment in what amounted to the same thing.
