Fig Tree Found Dead

And in the morning as they passed by, they saw that the fig tree had dried up from the roots. Remembering what Jesus had done, Peter said to him, “Look! The fig tree you cursed is totally dead!”

And Jesus said to them, “Have faith in God. I tell you the truth, whomever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and thrown into the sea,’—and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes what he said will happen—will have what he said.

So, I tell you, whatever you want when you pray, believe—and you shall have it. But, when you stand praying, forgive, if you hold any resentment against anyone. Thus, your Father in heaven may forgive you your offenses. But if you don’t forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your offenses.”
