And when Jesus had finished, he said to his disciples, “You know that the feast of Passover is two days away and the Son of man will be betrayed to be crucified.”

Then the chief priests gathered together with the scribes and elders of the people. They met in the high priest’s palace, that is Caiaphas, and strategized as to how they might take Jesus privately and kill him. But they said, “Not on the feast day, or there will be an uproar among the people.”

Mark 14:1-2

The feast of the Passover and unleavened bread was two days away and the chief priests and the scribes tried to figure out a way to take him craftily, and kill him. But they said, “Not on the feast day, or there be an uproar of the people.”

Luke 22:1-2

Now the feast of Unleavened Bread was approaching, which is also called the Passover. And the chief priests and scribes tried to find a way to kill him but they feared the people.
