Jesus Sent to Pilate

Matthew 27:2, Mark 15:1, Luke 23:1, John 18:28

Matthew 27:2

And when they had bound him, they led him away and delivered him to Pontius Pilate, the governor.


Mark 15:1

Early in the morning the chief priests consulted with the elders and scribes, and the whole Sanhedrin. They bound Jesus, carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate.


Luke 23:1

And the whole gathering left and took him to Pilate.


John 18:28

Then they led Jesus from Caiaphas to the hall of judgment. It was early and they, themselves, did not go into the judgment hall. Otherwise, they would have been defiled and could not have eaten the Passover.
