Afterward, he visited every city and village, preaching and demonstrating the glad tidings of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him, along with certain women, who had been delivered from demonic spirits and disabilities. They included Mary Magdalene, who had been delivered of seven demons; Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod’s steward; and Susanna; and many others, who supported him from their means.
